Thoughts

Dear Craig, words cannot express how deeply sorry we are for your loss and the heartache you must all be feeling. Life may have taken us in different directions, but you and Sam have always held a special place in our hearts. We will remember Sam with the most heartfelt fondness looking back on good times we spent together. Thinking of you, Danny & Holly at this sad and difficult time, and always. May loving memories that you shared with Sam, your beautiful Wife and Mum, bring you moments of peace and comfort and keep her forever in your hearts. With all our Love, from Barry, Lisa, Laurie & Lacie xxxx

I met Sam on our first day at secondary school when we were placed in the same form. We bonded over our love of American rock music and spent many hours in her bedroom at weekends listening to Bryan Adams, Jefferson Starship, Bon Jovi, Huey Lewis and Whitesnake!! Our first concert was at the Hammersmith Apollo when we went to see Huey Lewis (we went on a coach from Colchester to London aged 15 - what an adventure!!). One of my favourite memories was when we went on a school trip to Paris, aged 16. There were only 5 of us from our year group as it was just a few weeks before our O'Level exams so we had to have special permission to go on the trip. We all had the best of times exploring Paris independently and staying with a French couple in their house. Sam was always very hard working and diligent - she loved maths and got the best grades of all of us. She used to visit me at University and we stayed in touch after we both married and had kids. My love and thoughts go out to Craig, Danny and Holly.
